A jewel in hiding

Very clean and comfortable room

It was an off the main street property , which road was flooded with water. It's kind of scary to site, but once we are in the property, it is a hidden jewel.

I did not stay left right away

I did not like anything

I got the room and it was smelly,dirty and very noicy surroundings. The area was hard to get to,very narrow road and a spooky neighbour hood. I decided not to stay there and would not reccomend it to anyone.

Exceptional

Good location near guisanos and some good restaurants down the side street from there. Yes, it's down a narrow alley from the main street. But the people there are nice. Other reviewers might have felt uncomfortable but, it is full of families, kids, dogs, cats goats and everyone is friendly and say hello to you as you walk by. Never felt unsafe at night walking through there. Without heavy traffic, you are 15-20 minutes from the airport. About a 180 pesos white taxi ride. Ruby will make sure that you have a taxi at the time you need! The area is quiet after 9pm or so. Ciela, daughter of the owners, is very pleasant and is always there to assist in anything you need. The room is immaculately clean, the a/c works well and there is hot water for the shower, in a large bathroom. The beds are comfortable too. Also, a refrigerator is there, as is a tv, if you like. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

There are some mosquitoes, but after you dispatch them , you can remain mosquito free the rest of your stay. I never had to wake up from sleeping to hunt one down.

Good value for money. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and spa and close to the airport. Clean and comfortable place.

We had some problems with communication with the staff, they barely speak English so it was very difficult either to ask either to get answers. The room was nice though and the location also quite nice

The ice cold AC. My room was very clean. The staff was friendly.

The bathroom shower head was broken and didn't flow properly. That's my only complaint.

Simple, clean and safe place. Recommend for short term stay.

Good bed. Clean room.host friendly and helpful.facility walking distance from gaisan mall. Secure.fridge in room. Electric kettle.host woke up for me at two a.m. to bring me a taxi to get to the airport.

For the economy price I couldn't expect much more than what I received. I have none complain.

Not a good value but nicely located.

Great location and helpful staff. Close to malls and massage salons.

Quite far from the airport. Took us one hour to reach because of traffic. Poor breakfast. Noisy as their were demolishing the restaurant when we were there. Hence no room service available either. WiFi did not work. Dressers unusable due to strong mildew smells.

A place to feel the real local life.

Helpful staff. Cheap price.

Difficult to find the location by taxi. Poor internet (not available in all rooms). Poor TV signal. Very small wardrobe... But it's not a problem, if you don't have much clothes :)

No sound proof as all dogs barking and noises were in room all time. Also lot of ants in bathroom.

Comfortable and safe. Everything worked, toilet and facial tissues furnished which is rare.

Best lighting in last 20 hotels. 3 times the electrical outlets. Good fridge

2 bottles of water promised in room. Had to ask twice for them.
